Allowable returns as defined below will be repaired, replaced or credited by Sparkling Belle/Mariell.

Shipping Errors and/or Damages

Please report any shipping or invoice errors on the part of Sparkling Belle /Mariell or any damaged merchandise within seven (7) days of receipt. For health reasons, no claims will be allowed except for manufacturer defects and/or any merchandise which has been worn. For date sensitive orders, please report any damages on the date of receipt of order to allow time for any necessary corrections. Sparkling Belle/Mariell is not responsible for any expedited shipping charges on order corrections if the error or damage is not reported immediately. Sparkling Belle/Mariell will issue a store credit (not a refund) for allowable returns.

Manufacturer Defects

Sparkling Belle/ Mariell will replace or repair any items with manufacturer defects up to 30 days from the date of invoice. Only if an item cannot be replaced or repaired will a credit be issued. After the 30 days, Sparkling Belle/ Mariell will have sole discretion whether or not an item is returnable.

Customer Errors

There will be a 15% restocking fee on any allowable returns that are not due to Sparkling Belle/ Mariell error. All shipping charges relating to returns and/or corrections not due to Sparkling Belle/ Mariell error are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Orders will be corrected as soon as possible and may, where appropriate, include a prepaid self-addressed envelope return label to Sparkling Belle for your convenient return to us of any damaged or incorrect product. Please be sure to alert us if your order correction is date-sensitive – otherwise it will ship with your next order..

Measurements and Colours

Due to manufacturing and/or dye lot variations, Sparkling Belle/ Mariell are not responsible for products that vary slightly from descriptions, measurements or photos.

Freight Credit

Freight credit on damaged merchandise returned to Sparkling Belle/Mariell will be limited to actual Australian Post published rates for non-expedited shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

Special orders,. For custom-made jewellery, we recommend purchasing our colour samplers to ensure proper colour match. We have additional colour charts not shown on our site – please email us for information.

Items Sold As A Set

Items sold as a set must be returned as a complete set or no return can be allowed.


Sparkling Belle ships orders via The Australian Postal Service, Postal Service. Orders generally ship within 1- 2 business days if items are in stock. Orders requesting same day shipping must be received by 2pm EST . Due to fluctuating pick up time for Australian Post parcels, same day shipping cannot be guaranteed. If your order includes items which must ship the same day, please contact us to verify availability. $10.00 postage (using standard Australian Post) is payable on all items this is a set fee for all orders. For express items additional Australian Post fees would be applicable contact Sparkling Belle to verify.

Date Required Items/Out of Stock Orders

If a “Date Required” item is on back order and/or if your chosen shipping method will not guarantee delivery by your date required, Sparkling Belle will contact you. If we are unable to reach you, your order will ship as per the method you have selected and/or may have to ship with a back-order.

Actual Shipping May Vary

In the event that actual shipping charges exceed those shown upon checkout, Sparkling Belle will contact you.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for all freight charges on parcels shipped to incorrect addresses provided to Sparkling Belle.
