Sparkling Belle Makeup Artistry & Hair is owned and operated by Angela Skinner Makeup Artist in Perth since 2003, specialising in the Bridal Makeup Artistry & Bridal Hairstyling Industry she saw a need for excellent service and experienced artists lacking in the industry and has expanded her bridal makeup artists and bridal hairstylists in Perth, Sydney & Melbourne. Visiting and meeting with her artists to source the best in the bridal industry for her clients.

All of her hairstylists and makeup artists have an experience ranging from 5 years to 25 years in the industry along with completed professional courses in both Hairdressing or Makeup Artistry, most of our artists continually upskill themselves perfecting there technique through some of the latest courses with Napoleon, MAC and next April 2013 very Exciting many of the artists are lucky enough to be attending specialised classes with the Amazing Donna Mee( USA makeup artist google her) and then to bring to our future brides. This is important to know that you’re not getting a new artist that lacks some or few of the attributes that Sparkling Belles artists possess due to the skill and knowledge which you can’t teach you have to learn by being in the industry actively. Some of the artists not only have experience in Bridal but also work in the fashion industry for Magazines, Events, Commercial & Film.

Our artists use only the best products and tools in Hairstyling and Makeup Artistry we prefer Gorgeous Cosmetics but some of the artists use e.g.:  MAC, Nars, Napoleon, TEMPTU, Laura Mercia, Chanel ,Wasp Hair Extensions, Lashes & Lash Republic lashes to name a few.
